EUROHULL specializes in repair and conversion of all types of vessels. Our success relies on our skilled and certified workforce, whose deep know-how, detailed planning, proper preparation and close follow-up on the work progress ensures a positive outcome for all projects undertaken by our shipyard.

SHIPBUILDING & STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS

From barges to ferries, fishing boats and tugs, fire-fighting vessels and floating cranes, we have applied solutions for a wide range of vessels for clients from all fields of maritime industry. Using the PPA – COSCO SHIPPING floating and graving docks with extensive lifting and launching capacity, we have the ability to build vessels up to 120 meters in length.

EUROHULL works closely with each client from the early planning stages of the project through completion. We are proud of our broad portfolio, but we do not rest on that. We continue to invest in facilities, new technologies and workforce to expand and strengthen our shipbuilding capability.

Dry docking services

Every ship needs periodic repair work and constant maintenance for its smooth operation. Among other areas of activity, EUROHULL undertakes dry docking works that are very important in a vessel’s lifecycle. Based on our skilled and experienced staff and the current emerging technologies that we integrate day by day, our shipyard offers complete dry docking services.

Following developments worldwide, EUROHULL signed in early 2023 a joint development and construction cooperation agreement with two Chinese companies for automated solutions aiming at occupational safety and the fastest possible and most economically efficient dry docking procedures with a focus on the quality of work and the lowest possible impact on the environment.

Using a floating crane, EUROHULL has the capability of lifting and launching small ships up to 120t on the pier offering complete repair and maintenance services. Our shipyard has also developed an innovative idea for the operation of a floating launching barge for lifting-launching ships up to 1,500t. EUROHULL invests jointly with NAYTEKA company in the construction of the barge which has started in 2022 and will be completed – operational in 2023.

FLOATING CRANE SERVICES

EUROHULL offers the following floating crane services with a lifting capacity of 120t:

  • Lifting-launching ships up to 120t
  • Lifting wrecks
  • Transportation of tools, machines, components to and from ships
  • Placement of accropodes and artificial concrete blocks

MARINE PROJECTS

At our premises in Perama Shiprepair Zone, we undertake the construction of accropodes, artificial concrete blocks and concrete sections in general on behalf of companies that carry out technical works in ports. Using forklifts and cranes, EUROHULL has the ability of internal storage as well as the ability of transportation and placement with the use of a floating crane with a lifting capacity of 120t.

EUROHULL has developed an innovative concept for the operation of a floating launching barge lifting and lowering weights up to 1,500t. In cooperation with NAYTEKA company, EUROHULL invests jointly in the construction of the barge which started in 2022 and will be completed – operational in 2023. It will be used for caisson fabrication for various projects.

GENERAL REPAIRS & CONSTRUCTIONS

EUROHULL undertakes general repairs and constructions in ports, port facilities and onshore works:

  • General repairs to shore crane of port facilities
  • General repairs and maintenance on floating docks
  • General repairs in port facilities
  • Constructions for the needs of client’s works

LAUNCHING BARGE – CΑΙSSON BARGE

EUROHULL has developed an innovative concept for the operation of a floating launching barge for lifting and lowering weights up to 1,500t. Our shipyard invests jointly with NAYTEKA company in the construction of the barge which started in 2022 and will be completed – operational in 2023. 

The barge will be used for dry docking ships and fabrication of concrete caissons for various projects.
